Who am I?

Every other question on this site leads back to this one. It is the most sacred question a human can ask, and the answer is not an idea. It is something you come to know.

• I am not this body, and I am not the restless movement of the mind.
• I am a spark of pure light, a sacred particle of the same Divine Radiance that lights the whole cosmos.

Hold that thought for a moment before you read on. Everything else here, the chakras, heaven and hell, fear, desire, is a way of remembering it.
